The Role

• Drive new business acquisition within a defined territory by prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting client assessments.
• Present and sell essential uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and activities within the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in uniform rental, industrial supply, or facility services is a plus.
• A proven history of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Openness to coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
