The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory through proactive prospecting and lead qualification.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations for service programs.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, with a preference for industries like uniform rental or facility services.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a willingness to receive coaching.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to conduct in-person client visits and assessments within the territory.
