The Role • Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by selling essential, recession-resistant services. • Prospect and qualify leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits. • Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored solutions for facility service programs. • Develop proposals and close multi-year service agreements with business clients. • Maintain accurate client information and track activities within the CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. What You'll Need • 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in uniform rental, industrial supply, or related services. • A proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage the full sales cycle. • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. • A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. • Willingness to embrace coaching and continuous learning in sales techniques. • A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
