The Role

• Prospect and qualify new business leads within an assigned territory through various outreach methods.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored service solutions for uniform rental, floor care, and facility maintenance.
• Develop and present proposals, aiming to close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for backgrounds in industrial supply, uniform rental, or facility services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and manage the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starting mentality, driven by goals and motivated for success.
• Openness to coaching and continuous learning.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
