About the Role

Team Structure & Leadership Impact

We are seeking a Front-End Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications using modern Angular technologies.

Key Responsibilities

·       Define and drive enterprise Front-End Architecture strategy and standards.

·       Lead implementation of Micro Frontend solutions using Native Federation or Module Federation.

·       Architect reusable Angular Components, Design Systems, and UI Frameworks.

·       Drive Server-Side Rendering (SSR), SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization initiatives.

·       Collaborate with Product, UX, Platform, and Backend Engineering teams.

·       Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, and mentoring to engineering teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

Core Technical Requirements

·       Experience: 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong Front-End Architecture expertise.

·       Angular & Frameworks: Deep hands-on experience with Angular 17+, TypeScript, RxJS, Signals, Standalone Components, and modern Angular architecture.

·       Architecture & UI Systems: Strong experience building and managing Angular Component Libraries, reusable UI frameworks, and Design Systems.

·       Micro Frontends: Expertise in Micro Frontend Architecture, including Native Federation or Module Federation.

·       Performance & Web Standards:

o   Strong experience with Angular SSR, hydration, and enterprise-scale web applications.

o   Proven experience optimizing Core Web Vitals, including LCP, CLS, FCP, INP, and overall site performance.

o   Solid understanding of SEO, accessibility, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive design, and modern web standards.

·       Integration & Content Management:

o   Experience with CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, or Headless CMS solutions.

o   Solid understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integrations.

Preferred / Plus Skills

·       Good understanding of Java Spring Boot Microservices.

·       Cloud platform exposure with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
