Learning & Development Specialist /Trainer

Hiring! Contract to Hire, Learning & Development Specialist /Trainer for a customer Service Healthcare team. The role covers initial onboarding training for both customer service and H/C claims lines of business. Candidates must be local the the DMV area. Candidates will be required to travel at least once a month to the client sire located in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must be eligible for direct perm employment.

Job requirements;

• Healthcare background - customer service or claims experience accepted (either is sufficient).
• Minimum 2 years of training/facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning delivery methods and principles.
• Knowledge and understanding of learning management systems (LMS).,
• Ability to troubleshoot and use video editing software.,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications., Proficient
• Ability to conduct thorough research to uncover insights.
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Skill in talking to others to convey information effectively.
• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
