Title: Product Manager, Data Products & MarTech

Required Qualifications
Demonstrated Data Product Management experience.
Experience within a B2C MarTech/customer-data environment.
Strong product discovery and stakeholder-engagement experience.
Experience using data to drive product decisions and validate hypotheses.
Strong analytical and data-literacy skills.
Ability to personally investigate data and data-quality issues.
Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to understand queries and interpret results. Advanced SQL development is not required.
Demonstrated practical use of AI/GenAI tools in day-to-day work.
Experience partnering across Product, Data, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, and business teams.
Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Customer Data Platform/CDP or Customer 360 experience.
Loyalty, campaign, offer/promotion, segmentation, or personalization experience.
Snowflake or another modern cloud data platform.
Enterprise-scale B2C experience.
Experience solving systemic customer or marketing data-quality issues.
Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Snowflake AI, Atlassian AI, or similar enterprise AI solutions.
