Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for the NextGen Core Retail platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management across POS, e-commerce, online ordering, or marketplace platforms, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and retail technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Translate merchant research, customer feedback, and business requirements into a prioritized, high-impact product roadmap.
• User Experience & Scalability: Lead end-to-end UX initiatives for single-location and multi-location operators, balancing merchant flexibility with an intuitive and scalable user experience.
• Restaurant Operations: Understand and support restaurant workflows across Front of House (FoH), Kitchen Operations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), and Back of House (BoH) management.
• Data-Driven Product Development: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage product analytics to evaluate feature performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Agile Product Delivery: Work within Agile methodologies to ensure value-driven delivery, prioritize backlogs, and support iterative product development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to develop, launch, and scale product features.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate product strategy, technical trade-offs, priorities, and business outcomes effectively to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve platform usability, operational efficiency, scalability, and overall merchant experience.

Required Skills

• Product Management experience in POS, e-commerce, online ordering, or marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of restaurant workflows, including FoH, KDS, kitchen operations, and BoH management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and value-driven delivery.
• Understanding of the Card Acquiring domain and payment processing ecosystem.
• Experience developing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing product lifecycles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics and customer feedback to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Strong Stakeholder Management experience.
• Experience supporting single-location and multi-location retail or restaurant businesses.
• Familiarity with merchant-facing platforms and scalable product solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A results-driven Product Manager with 5+ years of experience delivering customer-focused products, strong Agile execution capabilities, and knowledge of the card acquiring domain. Experience with restaurant POS platforms and multi-location operations is highly desirable.
