Job Description

 
Looking for a hands-on IT professional to join a dynamic infrastructure team in Denver!
 
 Location: Denver, CO
 
 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Must be local to Denver)
 
 Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person
 

Key Position Highlights

You will maintain local network infrastructure, handle telecommunications installations, and manage everyday telephony operations.
 

Top Required Skills

  • Hardware & Cabling: 1–3 years installing/maintaining hardware, copper cabling, and voice jumpers.
  • Telephony & VoIP: Experience troubleshooting analog lines, executing phone moves, and managing Cisco WebEx configurations (Kurmi).
  • Ticketing & Inventory: 1–3 years tracking assets, inventorying network switches, and managing ServiceNow tickets.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic skills for resolving network bottlenecks and technical issues.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certification: Certified Network Professional accreditation preferred.
  • Travel: Ability to perform local onsite installations within a 50-mile radius of Denver.
