JD for Administrator - Digital Network:

·       Provides expert leadership in designing, implementing, and optimizing Bluecoat Proxy solutions, ensuring advanced web security, policy enforcement, and seamless integration with enterprise security frameworks.

·       Provides expert leadership in managing, securing, and optimizing Fortigate Firewall deployments, ensuring robust threat protection, policy enforcement, and alignment with enterprise security strategies.

·       Provides experienced leadership in designing, managing, and optimizing complex Cisco R and S infrastructures, ensuring resilient network operations, strategic alignment, and enterprise-wide high availability.

·       Delivers knowledgeable leadership in managing Forcepoint Proxy solutions, overseeing advanced policy enforcement, threat prevention strategies, and ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing enterprise network traffic.

·       Drives strategic direction and governance for service delivery across multiple accounts or domains, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with organizational objectives.

·       Leads and empowers teams across all levels (L1–L3) by identifying skill gaps, enhancing competencies, and fostering a high-performance culture through targeted coaching, mentoring, and career development initiatives.

·       Oversees financial planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization within delivery units, ensuring efficient utilization, sustained profitability, and consistent service excellence.
