Key Carrier Coordinator

Sierra, a division of XYZ Tech Inc. in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Key Carrier Coordinator to support secure facility access and technology operations. In this role, you will manage key and badge control systems, coordinate user access for software and infrastructure, monitor logs for anomalies, and maintain accurate documentation. You'll collaborate with IT security, HR, and operations to onboard and offboard employees, ensure compliance with security policies, and respond to access-related incidents. Responsibilities

• Administer key, badge, and digital access for employees and contractors
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding access with IT, HR, and management
• Monitor and audit access logs to identify and escalate anomalies
• Maintain accurate records of keys, badges, and access permissions
• Support incident response for access-related security issues
• Ensure compliance with security and access control policies
• Collaborate with IT security on improving access control processes
• Use ticketing systems to track and fulfill access requests
• Provide user support for access issues and basic troubleshooting
• Assist with periodic security and compliance audits
