Product Owner

Pay Range: $58 - $62/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision.
• Develop and manage roadmaps for IT applications.
• Operate as the primary liaison between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Lead backlog refinement and prioritization for technical features and application enhancements.
• Gather insights from internal users to identify pain points and translate feedback into actionable solutions.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams to facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks.
• Define and track product KPIs and OKRs to measure application performance and business impact.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in technical product offerings.
• Ensure alignment of technical products with architectural standards and long-term strategic goals.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3+ years of Product Management or Product Delivery experience, or at least 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Product Owner in an Agile delivery environment.
• Ability to onboard quickly, operate with limited supervision, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Experience with contact center technologies, customer service, or complex operational technology products.
• Familiarity with product architecture, DevOps practices, APIs, and release processes.
• Experience working in a large enterprise with multiple products and platforms.
• Relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Scrum, or Agile certification (e.g., CSPO).
• Working knowledge of Agile Product Management and delivery tools; experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is preferred.
