Job description

Immediate need for a talented Senior IT Project Manager. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
  • Lead project teams and manage project resources to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against the plan, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
  • Conduct project meetings and reviews to track progress and make decisions.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and currency.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Experience with Service Now and other HRIS Systems.
  • X+ years of experience in IT project management.
