Position - Project Manager – ERP / Workday

Location: Irving, TX – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite per Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ERP and Workday experience to lead enterprise technology initiatives, manage project delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ERP systems, Workday implementations or integrations, project planning, and stakeholder management.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading ERP-related projects.
• Hands-on project management experience with Workday implementations, integrations, or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and enterprise application environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project deliverables.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with project planning and tracking tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or enterprise financial systems.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience managing complex enterprise application implementations and integrations.
