Urgent Requirement: Project Manager II – Training / Organizational Change Management (OCM)

Duration: 12 months

Location:  Madison, WI

Onsite, hybrid or remote: WI residency required. Must be WI resident or willing to relocate within 30 days of start date at own expense.   90-100% remote but can require staff to come onsite as necessary with sufficient notice. Onsite work is not likely, but candidate should be prepared to come onsite if required

Required Skills: candidate who has managed enterprise-level training and change management during a government IT system implementation, rather than someone who only delivers classroom training.

11+ years of experience. Manages training plans, training materials, communications, end-user preparation, and training readiness.

Training PM:

- Large-scale organizational change, implementation and training.

- Developing and executing training and communication plans.

- Reviewing and providing feedback on training materials.

- Coordinating training sessions and end-user readiness.

- Strong stakeholder relationships and adoption focus.
