QA Manager / QA Lead – Richmond, VA

The hiring team is specifically looking for candidates who are local to the Richmond area and have strong QA leadership experience, preferably within Healthcare/Medicaid environments.

Position: QA Manager / Systems Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA – Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: 12+ months, long-term opportunity
Employment: W2 Only – No C2C / No 1099
Work Authorization: Open to all work statuses
Local Requirement: Must currently live within approximately 1–2 hours of Richmond, VA

Key Requirements

• QA Manager or QA Lead experience
• Healthcare and/or Medicaid experience preferred
• Experience leading SIT, UAT and E2E testing
• Test strategy, test planning, test case and test data development
• Defect management and defect triage
• Experience coordinating multiple teams/vendors
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
• Mainframe experience is required
• Teradata experience is preferred
