Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts based on documented requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
2. Perform functional, regression, sprint, integration, and other applicable testing activities; analyze results and document defects and execution outcomes.
3. Participate in project meetings, sprint activities, demonstrations, and technical discussions while collaborating with development and business stakeholders.
4. Prepare and maintain testing documentation, execution results, defect records, and other project deliverables while supporting assigned quality assurance activities.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of hands-on software development and software testing experience, including recent hands-on testing experience in Agile project environments.
Technical Skills	Manual testing, test case development, test script execution, functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, defect management, API testing, SQL, relational databases, batch processing, Agile testing, SDLC, test documentation
Business / Domain Skills	Experience testing Integrated Eligibility projects or comparable enterprise eligibility systems is preferred. Experience developing test cases from user stories and EPICs, including analysis of complex system requirements and acceptance criteria. Hands-on experience with ALM, JIRA, or JIRA plug-ins for defect tracking and test management. Experience with REST and SOAP API testing, including validation of service responses and integration behavior. Experience working in Agile/Sprint environments, including Sprint and regression testing, live Sprint demonstrations, and collaboration across development and testing teams.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
