We are seeking an experienced and outstanding QA with Playwright for one of our esteemed clients.

Role: QA with Playwright

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Longterm

Responsibilities:

• Test Automation Development
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript or C#.
• Build scalable test frameworks to support functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Functional & Regression Testing
• Execute automated and manual test cases to validate application features.
• Ensure regression coverage by integrating Playwright suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Cross-Browser & Cross-Platform Testing
• Validate application compatibility across multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and devices.
• Implement parallel test execution to optimize test cycles.
• API & Integration Testing
• Develop automated tests for RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
• Validate backend integrations and data consistency.
• CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration
• Integrate Playwright automation into build pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure continuous testing and smooth deployments.
• Defect Management & Reporting
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure Test Plans, or TestRail.
• Provide detailed bug reports and collaborate with developers for resolution.
• Quality Governance
• Define QA best practices, coding standards, and test documentation guidelines.
• Advocate for shift-left testing and continuous quality improvement.

Required Qualifications;

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or C# for test development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with API testing and backend validation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
