We are seeking an experienced and outstanding QA with Tosca for one of our esteemed clients.

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: Long-term

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca to design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tosca automation, test case design, CI/CD integration, and a solid understanding of QA processes in Agile environments.

Responsibilities:

• Test Automation Development
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
• Build reusable test modules and libraries to support functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Test Case Design & Execution
• Create and execute test cases for web, desktop, API, and mobile applications.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Continuous Integration & Delivery
• Integrate Tosca automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable continuous testing and smooth deployments.
• Defect Management & Reporting
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure Test Plans, or TestRail.
• Provide detailed bug reports and collaborate with developers for resolution.
• Quality Governance
• Define and enforce QA best practices, test documentation standards, and automation guidelines.
• Advocate for shift-left testing and early defect detection strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to refine requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation suite.
• Proficiency in test case design, test data management, and test execution.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with API testing and backend validation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
