Pay Range: $23/hr - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain National EDI Business Operations on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions by implementing files and reporting status and volumes.
• Research and analyze business operations inquiries, escalating risks/issues to management in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and implement membership EDI files for trading partners while providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure that the weekly project update report is updated by responsible parties.
• Attend meetings and take meeting minutes for internal and external calls.
• Support change management activities and business initiatives as needed.
• Perform other related administrative duties for the Department as required.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 1-2 years of related experience in business analysis or healthcare operations.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required (preferred in Health Administration, Business, or other related fields).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of EDI X12 834, 820, 270/271, and healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Project is a plus.
• Nice to have: Experience with Lucid Chart, Tableau, SPLUNK, and Power BI.
