Oracle ERP Project Manager (Locals to IL)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead our enterprise migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. 
• The ideal candidate has successfully steered multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud migrations, specifically bridging corporate IT and business workstreams. 
• You will serve as the critical orchestrator across functional domain leads, internal technical teams, and external systems of integrators. 
• This role carries comprehensive ownership of the project budget, operational timeline, resource scheduling, and final cross-departmental delivery. 

Key Responsibilities Project Governance & Financial Management Budget Ownership: 

• Formulate, track, and manage the end-to-end implementation budget; control scope expansions through formal change control boards. 
• Timeline Delivery: Define, monitor, and enforce project milestones, critical paths, and go-live schedules using modern PPM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). 
• Risk & Mitigation: Proactively map out dependencies, log implementation blockers, and design contingency workflows to secure timeline adherence.
