Open for any Visa - Directly on clients W2

Duration: 5-month contract that may extend
Location:  Hybrid Onsite 3 days a week San Antonio TX
Schedule Monday- Friday

Quick Summary:

Must have previously worked as a contributing member in at least 1 or 2 small to mid-sized projects Develops and enhances simple applications based on specifications Participates in code reviews. Assists in definition of integration points between custom apps and 3rd party systems Helps the team create technical documents by coordinating with business analysts outlining application overview, function, dependencies etc. Unit test applications simple to medium complexity applications for functionality coverage and depth Executes conversion plans such as conversion from legacy to newly developed applications, conversion plan for upgrades etc. Documents possible improvements under the guidance of more tenured resources

Job Responsibilities

• Build and enhance reusable platform capabilities that enable agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop agent tools, APIs, integrations, execution patterns, and observability capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple engineering teams. Integrate AI-driven workflows into established developer tooling and delivery pipelines while supporting appropriate human decision gates, security controls, and production-readiness expectations. Contribute to evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of agentic capabilities as usage scales.

• Seeking an experienced software engineer with strong hands-on development skills and practical experience building AI-enabled or agentic software solutions.
• Ideal candidates have experience integrating AI capabilities into established software delivery processes rather than focusing solely on code completion or individual developer productivity.
• Experience with agent orchestration, tool/API integration, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud platforms, observability, automated evaluation, and production-quality distributed systems is highly desirable.
• Preference for candidates who have built reusable capabilities used by multiple engineering teams.
