Welcome customers and create a memorable, professional first impression
Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchasing experience from introduction to delivery
Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Manage inbound leads and follow up with customers to create repeat and referral business
Maintain expert knowledge of Honda products, dealership inventory, incentives, and promotions
Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Previous automotive sales experience required
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
