Manage a full sales pipeline through HubSpot with precise notes, deal stages, and follow-up
Partner with operations and service teams to ensure client expectations are met and documented
Maintain alignment between Sales, Operations, and Administration through strong communication
Help the account management team maintain attrition below 18%
Proven success in account management or B2C service-based sales
Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing deals in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to self-generate leads through relationships and community connections
Uncapped pay structure based on performance ($50k-$100k)
