Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue by identifying and engaging potential customers. You will work closely with customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and providing post-sales support. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve sales targets. We offer paid training. Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels & networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contract terms and pricing with customers. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set achievable targets, and track progress towards goals. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.

Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers. Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and identify opportunities. Solid negotiation and closing skills is a plus to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
