As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business by making outbound calls, engaging prospects, and building trust, and setting up successful quote conversations. You’ll have access to a competitive base salary, plus commissions, bonus opportunities, and a matching 4O1(k). Candidates can earn between
$40,000 - $60,000 per year. Top performers can earn over $80,000.

• Must possess drive to succeed in sales

Responsibilities:

• Establish trust with prospects, maintain ongoing customer relationships
• Reach daily, weekly, monthly goals for dials/talktime/transfers/appointments
• Follow agency best practices, corporate requirements, and state law.

Work Remotely

• This position can work remotely following a successful training period in-agency.

Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through phone, email, referrals, and networking
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective clients
Engage prospects on the importance of proper coverage and the value of protection
Track and manage pipeline activity to meet monthly production goals
Requirements
Strong self-motivation with a positive, team-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and time management skills
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a bonus
