Location Status

Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. Frequent travel to and work from other Race offices or other off-site locations will be required.

Salary + Bonus Incentive Potential | Hourly rate $18-19/hr. | Total anticipated yearly compensation between $36,000 - $75,000

Position Impact

What We Offer

$19/hr (Guaranteed) + uncapped commissions (Total anticipated yearly compensation: $70,000 - $85,000+)

What You'll Do

Connect with potential customers door-to-door, explaining the benefits of Race fiber internet, phone, and TV services.
Identify customer needs and close sales.
Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements
What You Need:
Valid California driver's license.
High school diploma/GED.
Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
