AWS Cloud Systems Engineer

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, automate, and support highly available, secure AWS-based environments. In this role, you will build and maintain scalable infrastructure, implement Infrastructure as Code, and optimize performance, reliability, and cost for large-scale cloud workloads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex production issues, and apply AWS and Linux expertise to deliver customer-obsessed solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure cloud systems on AWSAutomate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with software, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable services
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Optimize performance, availability, and cost across AWS environments
• Implement security, compliance, and backup/recovery best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks
• Contribute to architecture reviews and long-term systems roadmap
