Job Description

Position Title: Technical Lead
Location: Reston, VA - Hybrid for 2 months, then remote
Duration: 6 - 12 months

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical direction, design, and code quality for a Sprint Team.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
  • Partner with Product Owner/Scrum Master on sprint delivery.
  • Resolve technical issues and cross-team integrations.
  • Drive cloud-native and AI-assisted development practices.

Required:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Technical leadership and hands-on cloud-native development.
  • AWS and CI/CD experience.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • able to pass 7-year background check and obtain U.S. Government Clearance.

Preferred: AI development tools, Federal IT, AWS certification.
