Job Title: Cloud Load Balancer Engineer
Location: Downey, CA – Onsite

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Load Balancer Engineer with strong experience in F5 LTM/GTM, VIPRION, Infoblox, Cisco networking, and cloud-based load balancing. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise load-balancing and network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and maintain F5 LTM and GTM environments.
Create and manage virtual servers, pools, pool members, nodes, monitors, and iRules.
Support F5 VIPRION and virtual F5 environments.
Perform physical-to-virtual F5 migrations.
Design and support local and global load-balancing solutions.
Support load balancing across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and IBM Cloud.
Configure and maintain cloud-based load balancers and network systems.
Manage SSL acceleration, HTTP compression/caching, and DNS.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Plan and execute hardware/software upgrades with minimal downtime.
Analyze issues reported by internal and external teams and provide technical recommendations.
Work with application teams to test applications following infrastructure changes.
Administer and architect Infoblox solutions.
Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco networking equipment.
Ensure infrastructure and security products are properly patched and maintained.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with F5 VIPRION LTM/GTM in enterprise environments.
3+ years of experience administering and troubleshooting Cisco network equipment.
2+ years of experience with cloud-based load balancers, servers, and network systems.
5+ years of experience deploying and managing Infoblox solutions.
Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and IBM Cloud.
Strong understanding of DNS, SSL, local/global load balancing, and network infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent qualifying experience.
