EDI Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for EDI support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage and prioritize support tickets to minimize business disruptions.
• Monitor EDI transaction flows to maintain data integrity and system performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with trading partners and third-party providers.
• Oversee partner setups and configurations, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for EDI processes and solutions.

Skills

• Proven experience with EDI systems and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with EDI platforms like OpenText or IBM Sterling.
• Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Experience in retail, CPG, or manufacturing industries.
