An IT Business Analyst is a key role within our client's IT organization, serving as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and the technical teams that build and maintain the organization's applications and systems. This position is responsible for understanding how the business works today, uncovering what it needs next, and translating that into clear, actionable requirements and user stories that drive development and quality assurance. • Serve as the go-to resource for the development team throughout the build, clarifying requirements and answering questions.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to define test scenarios, review test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and help triage defects.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on progress, decisions, and trade-offs, and support the rollout of new functionality.
