IT Business Analyst ServiceNow Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support multiple concurrent ServiceNow and enterprise software initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and external partners to define requirements, improve processes, and support testing through deployment.

Location: Coppell, TX
Schedule: Hybrid onsite three days per week

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Facilitate discovery, requirements, and solution-design sessions

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation

• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams and vendors

• Support UAT planning, test-scenario development, tester coordination, and signoff

• Track defects, clarify requirements, and coordinate retesting

• Assist with data validation, deployment readiness, training materials, and user communications

• Document decisions, risks, dependencies, action items, and process changes

• Support multiple projects at different stages while keeping stakeholders aligned

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT business analysis or software implementation experience

• Strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-facilitation skills

• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

• Hands-on UAT, defect-management, and release-readiness experience

• Experience working within Agile software-development environments

• Ability to support multiple concurrent projects

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

• ServiceNow implementation, upgrade, ITOM, HAM, or SAM experience preferred

• Experience working with external implementation partners is a plus
