Assistant Sales Manager
to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position. Benefits
Listed pay of $50K-$60K includes base salary + bonuses. Paid holidays and paid time off. Health and benefits. Open door policy with the owner. Responsibilities
Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success. Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel. Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions. Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies. Requirements
No degree or certification is needed. Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years. Strong personal sales track record. Willing to follow our proven sales system. Closets by Design - Overview
