Job Description

- Work with users primarily on basic Level 1 and infrequent Level 2 troubleshooting for the audience of employees.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
- Travel onsite for our CEO's technical needs.
- Onboard and offboard users by following our robust documentation.

- Windows laptop, Intune
- MacOS laptops, Jamf
- Jira/confluence
- Slack

Roles & Responsibilities

- Work with users primarily on basic Level 1 and infrequent Level 2 troubleshooting for the audience of Client employees.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
- Travel onsite for our CEO's technical needs.
- Must work from office (St Louis) 5 days.
- Must have reliable transportation even for off-peak hours.
- Onboard and offboard users by following our robust documentation.
