Job Description
Abbott seeks a Finance Supervisor for its Similac infant formula business in Columbus, Ohio. This role provides financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support the ~$6B Similac market, with emphasis on advertising and promotion spending management and strategic business partnership.
Lead annual planning, forecasting, and performance reporting for the Similac Infant Formula business
Analyze market performance, competitive activity, and consumer dynamics to provide actionable recommendations
Manage forecasting and financial reporting for Similac advertising, promotion, and gratis spending exceeding $100M annually
Prepare executive-ready financial analyses and presentations for leadership reviews and business requests
Support strategic initiatives including WIC and non-WIC projects to drive business priorities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum 6 years finance experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or financial reporting
Knowledge of integrated financial analysis and reporting principles and processes
Experience partnering strategically with Marketing and Commercial leadership teams
