Finance & Accounting Associate
S. subsidiary of Korea Marine Transport Co., KMTC), a global container carrier headquartered in Korea. KMTC operates an international container shipping network connecting major trade lanes across Asia and other regions. S. operations are in the early stages of growth, we are backed by an established international organization headquartered in South Korea, founded in 1954 with a 41-year track record of profitability. Support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and month-end close activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow in an international company environment.

Process Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions
Assist with cash application and bank reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audit requirements
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
This role may require flexibility to support evolving business and operational needs
1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative, or coordination roles
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred
~ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
~ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment
~ Shipping or logistics experience is a plus but not required
~ Must be able to work onsite at the assigned office location
