Job Description

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Senior Retirement Analyst to drive the analysis, administration, and optimization of our U.S. retirement programs, including 401(k) and pension plans. In this role, you'll leverage data to evaluate plan performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic total rewards decisions in a fast-paced wholesale trade environment. You will collaborate with HR, finance, and external vendors, lead testing and filings, and act as a subject-matter expert for employees and leaders. This position offers the opportunity to shape retirement program design within a global, performance-driven, and innovative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and administer 401(k), pension, and other retirement programs for U.
  • S. employees
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations, partnering with external vendors and advisors
  • Prepare and interpret retirement plan reports, metrics, and forecasts to support strategic HR decisions
  • Support plan design, benchmarking, and cost modeling for retirement benefits in the wholesale trade environment
  • Lead annual audits, plan filings, and non-discrimination testing activities
  • Serve as subject-matter expert to HR, finance, and employees on retirement plan provisions and impacts
  • Improve retirement processes, documentation, and data quality using HRIS and analytics tools
  • Support M&A and organizational changes as they relate to retirement and total rewards programs
