HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) – Journeyman Washington, DC Administrative and Logistics Support / Full Time On-Site / On-site apply for this job HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) – Journeyman  Work Location: Washington, DC  Employment Type: Full-Time, Mid-Level  Department: Administrative and Logistics Support  CGS is seeking a skilled HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) – Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.  Skills and attributes for success:  * Analyze HR data, develop reports and dashboards, and identify workforce trends to support leadership decisions.  * Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.  * Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.  * Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.  * Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.  Qualifications:  Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.  Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.  Our Commitment:
