Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in W2 hiring, sourcing IT professionals, screening candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers and vendors for contract and full-time roles across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT candidates for W2 opportunities across various technologies
• Work on requirements from direct clients and implementation partners
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate pay rates and ensure timely onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong experience working on W2 requirements
• Good understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099
• Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
