Job Description

Comprehensive Community Health Centers Inc. seeks an Employee Relations & HR Operations Specialist to support our mission-driven healthcare teams. In this role, you will manage employee relations cases, support investigations, and ensure fair, consistent application of HR policies. You will coordinate HR operations including onboarding, HRIS data integrity, compliance documentation, and leave administration. Partner with leaders to address performance, support workforce planning, and advance a positive, culturally sensitive work environment that reflects and supports the diverse communities we serve across greater Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues with fair, consistent application of policies
  • Support and document workplace investigations in collaboration with HR leadership
  • Administer HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data integrity
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Coordinate leave of absence and related accommodations processes
  • Support performance management, coaching leaders on HR best practices
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and metrics for leadership
  • Assist with benefits, payroll changes, and employee status updates
  • Contribute to policy development, communication, and training
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, culturally sensitive workplace aligned with the organizational mission
