ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator with 5+ years of experience in administering, configuring, and supporting the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will manage ITSM modules, Service Catalogs, workflows, business rules, and user access controls.
Responsibilities include platform maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, CMDB management, and system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with Discovery, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub is preferred.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
ServiceNow CSA certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are required.
