The Role

• Constructing and erecting overhead lines in the high and extra-high voltage (110-380 kV) range.
• Performing maintenance and repair work on Germany's overhead line networks.
• Utilizing machinery and equipment in a professional and safe manner.
• Contributing to the successful implementation of energy transition projects.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a trade (e.g., roofing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding, locksmithing, electrical work) is advantageous.
• Open to motivated career changers with practical skills.
• Ability to work at heights and possess good physical fitness. Proficient German language skills are required.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel extensively during the week (Monday-Thursday), including overnight stays.
• Ability to work independently, with reliability and a strong team spirit.
