The Role

• Construct and erect overhead lines for high and extra-high voltage ranges (110 – 380 kV).
• Perform maintenance and repair of German overhead line networks.
• Proficiently operate machinery and equipment required for line installation.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of energy transition projects.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a craft or trade background (e.g., roofing, masonry, carpentry, scaffolding, metalworking, electrical).
• Ability to work at heights, physical fitness, and proficiency in German.
• Open to career changers with manual dexterity.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel extensively (weekly from Monday to Thursday, including overnight stays).
• Independent work style, reliability, and strong team spirit.
