The Role

• Construction and installation of overhead power lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110 – 380 kV).
• Maintenance and upkeep of Germany's overhead line networks.
• Proper operation of machinery and equipment.
• Ensuring high safety standards are met on all projects.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a trade-based education (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffolder, mechanic, electrician).
• Tolerance for heights, physical fitness, and proficiency in German.
• Interest from career changers with manual skills is encouraged, even without formal training.
• Valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel extensively (typically Monday-Thursday, including overnight stays).
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team.
