The Role

• Construct and erect overhead lines in high and extra-high voltage ranges (110-380 kV).
• Perform maintenance and repair of German overhead line networks.
• Utilize machinery and equipment professionally.
• Contribute to new construction and modernization projects.
• Work on projects that support energy transition goals.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a background in a trade (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffolder, metalworker, electrician).
• Ability to work at heights and physical fitness; proficiency in German.
• Willingness to travel extensively (Monday-Thursday weekly, including overnight stays).
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Open to career changers with manual dexterity (no prior experience or training required).
