Job Description
Talenza is partnering with a multinational family-owned enterprise to hire an IT Support Engineer to deliver high-quality support across applications and platforms. You will be the escalation point for complex issues, working with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and build automation that reduces repetitive tasks.
The role requires 3-5 years' IT support experience, strong Google Workspace skills, and proficiency with Windows/macOS.
