Job Description
InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a technology professional to provide high quality onsite and remote support across JAPAC hotels in Australia. You will manage incidents end to end, maintain networks and critical systems, and strengthen cybersecurity to protect guest experiences and operations.
You will work with hotel teams, regional technology colleagues and vendors to deliver reliable IT services, upgrades and new openings.
