Workday Systems Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Systems Administrator in Monterey Park, CA.

Summary

The Workday Systems Administrator will be responsible for technical oversight of Workday Security and Advanced Business Process. The HCM platform at this company includes: HCM, Payroll, Comp, Talent and Performance management for the Americas.

This Workday Security and BP Administrator is responsible for supporting the Manager of Workday Governance and Global Operations by serving as a technical resource for the Workday platform; responsible for and/or provides oversight on Business Process configuration, Security Administration, global workday project, change control, testing and establishing well-controlled environments by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards; collaborating with the technical leads from the various Workday Application Areas and global stakeholders regarding overall structure, architecture and protocols; and partnering with the Workday operating team to develop solutions, ensure data consistency, data integrity, and global enterprise alignment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
