Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. Export, PA

Pay: $40,000-$80,000+ per year Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses + $1,500K Sign-On Bonus

Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to introduce homeowners to our award-winning remodeling products and schedule free in-home consultations for our outside sales team.

No sales experience required! We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bring your energy, work ethic, and willingness to succeed. We'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with homeowners in assigned residential neighborhoods.
  • Introduce our remodeling products and services.
  • Identify potential customers and schedule free consultations.
  • Build communication and sales skills through hands-on experience.
  • Represent our company at home shows and community events.
  • Work with a supportive team to reach goals and advance your career.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $40,000-$80,000+ annual earning potential.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories.
  • Availability until approximately 6:30-7:00 PM, Monday-Friday, with some weekends as needed.
